What we offer
The Manna offers a range of services to our clients. Drop-In sessions are open three times a week for meals, clothing, showers and laundry. You can use The Manna as a postal care of address and we have a crate rotation in the garage which allows certain clients some storage space when in need.
On Tuesday evening, there is a session between 7 and 9pm, at which a hot meal is served. There is also a pool table and table-tennis table available.

On Wednesday, between 1 pm and 3 pm, sandwiches are available, and a range of activities are on offer including art, poetry and gardening (see our activities page).
On Friday, we are open between 9am and 11am, Kemi will prepare small bites with one or two of the clients and key work sessions for rough sleepers only.

At all sesssions, showers are available (soap, shampoo and towels are given out by a volunteer). We can usually get 12 people through the shower in a two hour session. There is a laundry service which costs £1 per load. It's best to come 30 minutes before we open to make sure you get a spot on the list! |

We have a range of men's and women's clothing available for our clients, usually donated by supporters of The Manna. We also have a box of shoes for both men and women and smalls crates with hats, scarves and gloves for the winter, underwear, bags and toiletries.
